How to Return
To start a return, email us at its.yoursbrand@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at its.yoursbrand@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund was approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
